In 2019, the project was first proposed as 450-units spread across six buildings along with retail space, but has since been redesigned.

As a result, the project's developers are now looking for community input on the new design before submitting final plans to the city.

However, due to COVID-19, a traditional in-person town hall presentation isn't an option so community members are being asked to view an online open house video.
